2nd BEDROOM:
The second bedroom in this property is located in a separate area accessible only by going outside, with its own entrance in the back. This space includes one bedroom and one full bathroom with a shower. In the bedroom, guests will find a comfortable queen bed, while the TV area features a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. While there is no AC unit in this area, the temperature naturally stays at least 20 degrees cooler, making it a comfortable space to rest and relax.
MAIN LIVING:
The main living area of this property is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Featuring the famous "CLOUD" sofa, guests can sink into its comfortable cushions and stay there all day. A 65" smart TV is provided, allowing guests to stream their favorite shows or movies. During the winter months, guests can enjoy a roaring fire in the original fireplace while watching the snowfall outside.
In the summer, guests can stay cool with the provided window AC unit, which cools the main room and kitchen area. With comfortable furnishings and modern amenities, the main living area is the ideal space for enjoying some downtime and relaxation.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a gourmet meal. You can cook on the fully restored gas vintage oven, BBQ out the back door or order in. Well equipped w/ cooking basics, butcher block counters, coffee maker, pour over coffee, Crock-Pot, spices. We provide a couple Nespresso pods, if you would like more- please bring them or use the pour over coffee option we have.
DINNING: there is a dining table with 5 chairs right next to the main living area so it is open for perfect entertaining.
DOWNSTAIRS:
The downstairs area of this property is the perfect space for relaxing and having fun. With a comfortable sofa bed and a smart TV, guests can enjoy their favorite shows or movies. The area also features a fun game area, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. Just outside the door, guests will find the cedar hot tub, surrounded by charming string lights, creating a cozy and romantic atmosphere. Whether you're looking to relax, play games, or enjoy a warm soak in the hot tub, the downstairs area is the perfect space to unwind and have a great time.
OUTSIDE:
The cottage offers a fully fenced yard with ample space for dogs to run and play. With approximately 1/2 acre of fenced-in land, your furry friend will have plenty of room to stretch their legs and explore. For added convenience, there is also a dog run located behind the house with a doggie door providing easy access to the inside of the property. The hosts of this property are pet-friendly and welcome guests who bring their dogs, as long as they respect the home and furniture and clean up after their furry companion.
PARKING: There is parking for up to 2 small/mid size cars or 1 larger cars in front of the house. There are steps that go down to the main house.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT:
The property offers ample outdoor entertainment options for guests to enjoy. The private and spacious forested area of almost 1 acre boasts a below deck area with a BBQ, propane fire pit with chairs, dining table, lounge area, and plenty of space for games. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature while spending time with family and friends.
The back patio is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure with a soak in the cedar hot tub. Just steps away from the kitchen, you'll find a BBQ grill to cook up a delicious meal for your family or friends.
CEDAR HOT TUB:
This brand new cedar hot tub smells amazing and offers beautiful forest views. It requires specific care and our hot tub tech drains and refills it before and after each guest. Please note that it can take up to eight hours to warm up, and there are no jets. The water temperature typically reaches 95-99 degrees, but it's worth it for the relaxing soak and wonderful aroma.
“ADDITIONAL NOTE: Hot tub is an extra amenity we offer. In case of rare malfunctions, it may take time for parts and repairs. No refunds or credits will be issued for any days of your stay when the hot tub is unavailable. A professional hot tub technician maintains and cleans it after every reservation.
